Teacher Workshops
Register for these valuable Professional Instructor Workshops!
Mary Ann Nunez (West Coast Swing) and
Kevin St. Laurent (Lindy Hop Swing) will present 6 hours of special
workshops for dance teachers, dancers who are interested in becoming
dance teachers and dancers who are just curious and want to learn more.
You are not expected to be totally proficient in any form of Swing
to attend the workshop. It is of great benefit to dancers of all forms
of Swing and other social dances!

FEES
The Teachers' Workshops fee will be $200.00. This will include the cost
for the workshops and handouts for all the topics discussed. In
addition, there will also be an opportunity for a social or dancing
following the Thursday evening workshop.
TOPICS
The workshop will focus on the creative process and principles of good
dancing and teaching. Topics will range from Musicology to Critical
Timing to Creating Syncopations to Spinning Techniques to Judging Jack &
Jills - just to name a few.
There is an opportunity for participants to have a say on topics they
would like addressed at the Teachers Workshops. Meeting the needs
of teachers is the goal of this Teachers Workshops. Please submit
